WATTS David Edward Passed away peacefully on 2nd November 2019, aged 83 years. Much loved father of Christopher and Ivor, grandmother to Georgina, Joshua and Matthew. Funeral Service to be held at The Chesil Suite, 4 Chesil House Winchester on Monday 18th November at 12.30pm. Family flowers only, Donations, if desired, will benefit St John's Winchester Charity c/o Richard Steel & Partners, Alderman House, 12-14 City Road, Winchester SO23 8SD
