LEWIS Sarah Jane Passed away peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer, aged 60 years. Beloved husband of Stephen, mother of Sean, Patrick and Michael and step mother to Jack, Bronte and Louise. A celebration of her life will be held at Test Valley Crematorium on Thursday 12th September at 3.15pm. Family flowers only, donations to The Winchester Hospice c/o Richard Steel & Partners, Alderman House, 12-14 City Road, Winchester SO23 8SD
