HIGGENS Ian Edward Of Droxford, Hants. Much loved Brother, Uncle, Cousin and friend to many local people. Sadly, passed away peacefully 28/2/19, in Winchester Hospital, after a short illness. Always such a cheerful and friendly man, he will be very much missed. Service at Droxford St Mary's All Saints church, Wednesday 13th March at 2.30pm. Ian will be laid to rest in Droxford cemetery. All who knew Ian will be welcome to join family and friends at the church, cemetery, and afterwards at Droxford village hall. Family flowers only please.
