ELMS Tony Much loved father, grandfather & great grandfather. Died at Countess Mountbatten Hospice on 25th November 2018 aged 93 years. A special thanks to Dr M Langley at St Clements Surgery and the Staff at Countess Mountbatten Hospice for their wonderful care & support of Dad. Funeral service will be held at St. Mary's Church, Kings Worthy on Monday 17th December at 1pm. Family flowers only please.
