FORAS Max Passed away peacefully on 19th November 2018, aged 78 years. Now reunited with Mum (Liz) Rest in peace, Dad, you will forever be in our hearts. From your loving daughters Jane, Nicola & Maxine. Service at Wessex Vale Crematorium on Wednesday 5th December at 3.15 pm. Family flowers only.
