Joyce Lock Became a centenarian and celebrated her 100th birthday on March 20th, 2020. A very special lady with a long and eventful life possibly the oldest living family member of a Hampshire (Winchester) Firefighting family including: husband, two sons, grandson, granddaughter, son in law and daughter in law. "You have touched us all and made the world a better place". Just such a pity that all her family and friends were unable to enjoy it with her in person. Saving that for another day when The Right Worshipful the Mayor of Winchester, Councillor Eleanor Bell has indicated that she would like to attend. In the meantime what can you buy your mum who has everything and now needs to self isolatesorted!
