Eastleigh have signed 22-year old central defender Luis Fernandez from National League South club Hampton & Richmond, where he was voted top player last season.
Originally with Stevenage, Fernandez has played 68 times for Hampton, scoring eight times.
He is Eastleigh's first close season signing.
