A WINCHESTER motorist must complete unpaid work after failing to stop his Vauxhall Astra after an accident.
Ryan Johnson, 22, of Browning Drive, Fulflood, was driving without due care and attention on Greenhill Road, Fulflood, Winchester, when he collided with another vehicle, a court heard.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, April 18, Johnson pleaded guilty to failing to stop his vehicle after the accident and driving without due care and attention.
He has been ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work by April 17 next year, and 10 points have been added to his licence.
Johnson must also pay a victim surcharge of £114, and costs of £85. The total amount of 199 must be paid by May 16.
