SIR — I too had a bad experience at the Wykeham Arms in February, after many years of great dining.

However, after presenting my views directly to Dennis Evans, my party was invited to return.

What a difference a month later, great food and service — excellent atmosphere and normal service resumed.

The Wykeham Arms is back in business and my confidence is restored.

Give it another try.
