Lance Armstrong is at the centre of the doping scandal
Lance Armstrong's US Postal Service Pro Cycling Team "ran the most sophisticated, professionalised and successful doping programme that sport has ever seen", the United States Anti-Doping Agency have said.
USADA chief executive Travis T Tygart said in a statement that there was "conclusive and undeniable proof" of a team-run doping conspiracy.
Eleven of Armstrong's former team-mates testified against him, Tygart said.
