Farah through to the final
Mo Farah moved a step closer to the double-double by cruising through his 5,000 metres heat at the World Championships in Moscow.
The Briton is looking to become only the second man ever after Ethiopian great Kenenisa Bekele to win both long-distance titles at the Olympics and the Worlds.
Farah admitted on Sunday his 10,000m race the previous night was tougher than he thought it would be, but he was able to take things as easy as possible at the Luzhniki Stadium on Tuesday morning to book his place in Friday's final.
He looked comfortable, content to sit in third or fourth place for most of the race as he looked to conserve energy. He moved to the front on the third to last lap before easing up on the final lap to cross the line and qualify.
