Robbie Williams and Ayda Field welcomed their daughter last month
Robbie Williams has revealed his new daughter Theodora had a dramatic arrival into the world.
Baby Teddy was born last month and proud dad Robbie took an active role during his actress wife Ayda Field's labour.
He told The Sun: "I cut the cord but, bless her, I cut it while she was still inside Ayda. Teddy was going blue because the umbilical cord was caught around her neck.
"I had to be quick with the scissors. It was like the first 30 minutes of Saving Private Ryan down there."
But the Take That star - who married Ayda in 2010 - revealed the tot is now fighting fit.
"She's got a bit of acid reflux but she's such a chilled baby. I enjoy changing nappies and I really like being a daddy."
