Evan Rachel Wood is reportedly planning to tie the knot with Jamie Bell
Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell are rumoured to be planning to tie the knot after they were apparently spotted collecting a marriage licence.
The Wrestler actress and the Billy Elliott star - who are thought to be engaged - were seen picking up the licence in Beverly Hills on Tuesday according to RadarOnline.com.
An onlooker said: "Evan and Jamie were at the Beverly Hills City marriage licence office around lunchtime today.
"I had to do a double take as at first I didn't recognise them. They looked like any other young couple in love. They were just waiting in line like regular people, holding hands and at one point Jamie leaned over and kissed Evan - they certainly looked excited and happy!"
Evan, 25, and Jamie, 26, started dating in 2005 after they co-starred in the music video for Green Day's Wake Me Up When September Ends, then split up in 2006. They are thought to have rekindled their romance last year.
The actress previously dated shock rocker Marilyn Manson.
