Christine Bleakley has said she can't wait to fill in for Holly Willoughby on This Morning - because she enjoys her off-camera banter with co-presenter Phillip Schofield.
The presenter will share duties with Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden, covering for Holly when she goes on maternity leave.
The Daily Mirror reported that Christine told Hello! magazine: "I'm really looking forward to being a part of This Morning during Holly's maternity leave.
"Phil is brilliant. One of the best. Very professional, great to work with and a bit naughty and cheeky off-camera, too, which I love more than anything really."
The former One Show host, who is engaged to England footballer Frank Lampard, said that she had been working on a new project which she is keeping under wraps.
"I've been filming for the last two weeks and when I got home last night, I thought, 'God I've missed my own bed so badly.' I'm not allowed to talk about it but we've been filming for weeks now," she told the mag.
Holly, whose third child is due in October, has said she wants to keep working as long as possible.
