Sandra Bullock's stalker was reportedly carrying a note which read "you are my wife and you belong to me" when they came face-to-face in her home.

Gossip website TMZ has obtained a search warrant filed by police to allow them to search Joshua Corbett's home for weapons after he was arrested for breaking into the Oscar-winning actress' home in Los Angeles in the early hours of the morning on June 8.

The warrant outlines chilling details of the incident - and reveals Sandra came face-to-face with the intruder right outside her bedroom in the middle of the night.

Sandra is said to have been awoken by the sound of loud banging inside the house at 1am. She went to her bedroom door to close and lock it and she saw a man standing outside in the hallway wearing dark clothing.

The Gravity star slammed the door shut, locked it and called 911. When officers arrived, the man reportedly began screaming: "Sandy, I'm sorry. Please don't press charges."

According to the warrant, the intruder was carrying a notebook with photographs of the star cut out from magazines and multiple, handwritten notes.

One of the notes read: "I will forever be thinking of you and Louie, my son, as you are my wife by law, the law of God and you belong to me and me to you."

Corbett has pleaded not guilty to breaking and entering and police have also charged him with possessing an arsenal of heavy weapons including a machine gun and an assault rifle after searching his home.
