It's David Bike-ham ... former football star David Beckham strikes a pose next to the motorcycle he used for his rainforest expedition.

He and a small team journeyed through the jungles of Brazil for a fortnight on two wheels and by boat for a BBC documentary to be screened next month ahead of the World Cup finals.

Ex-England captain Beckham's 90-minute film David Beckham Into The Unknown sees him travelling through the Amazon rainforest to give a taste of the country's natural beauty as it prepares to host the competition.

He and friends Derek White and Dave Gardner arrived in Rio de Janeiro before heading on to Manaus in the heart of the forest, then continued on their way with local guides, visiting the tiny community of Angelin and meeting the remote Yanomami tribe.

They were accompanied by film-maker Anthony Mandler.
