Oscar Isaac has said it is a dream to get to work with the original Star Wars cast on the upcoming instalment of the film franchise.
The Inside Llewyn Davis star was recently announced as one of the new faces who would be joining members of the original line-up including Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill for Episode VII.
He said of meeting the Star Wars veterans: "It was a very surreal experience to get to meet all of them, and to hear Anthony Daniels' C-3PO again... it was pretty incredible.
"So I'm so honoured they invited me to be part of the whole thing."
Oscar, 35, confirmed: "I haven't started shooting yet," and asked if he could give any more details about his character, smiled: "No, I can not."
Talking about what else he is working on, Oscar said: "Isn't [Star Wars] enough? I mean come on...
"There's a film that Alex Garland wrote and directed and that's Ex Machina and that should be coming out the end of this year, as well as A Most Violent Year, the new JC Chandor film."
Oscar can be seen alongside Kirsten Dunst and Viggo Mortensen in The Two Faces Of January, an adaptation of The Talented Mr Ripley writer Patricia Highsmith's novel, due out in cinemas on May 16.
