Carly Rae Jepsen has not commented on the hacking charges
A man accused of hacking into Carly Rae Jepsen's computer has been charged.
Vancouver Police told E! News that a 25-year-old Canadian man arrested in July on suspicion of probing the Call Me Maybe singer's files will face court next month.
Christopher David Long of Abbotsford, British Columbia, is apparently facing counts of fraudulently obtaining telecommunications services, unauthorised use of computer, mischief to data, identity fraud and possession of stolen property.
When he was arrested in July, TMZ reported that his alleged haul included nude pics of Carly Rae.
A court date has been scheduled for January 4.
Meanwhile Carly Rae is just back from a performance in Madrid.
She told followers on Twitter: "Had a wonderful time in Spain! Met so many amazing people. Can't wait to come back again soon!"
