Winchester team in Clarendon triumph

Winchester & District AC athletes won the Clarendon Way Marathon relay team event for the third year running.

The WADAC Wanderers were first home in 2:56:01 ahead of Tremendous Trekkers (3:08:03) and Halterworth Harriers Hares (3:09:02).

In the mens’ full marathon event, started once again from the prestigious grounds of The Godolphin School, Ross Nickerson won in 2:52:22.

Karen Rushton (South West Veterans AC) was first lady home in 3:20:47.

Graham Robinson (Sandhurst Joggers) won the half marathon in a great time 1:22:53.

Hannah Cooke (KPMG Running Club, Cambridge) was first lady home in 1:40:43.
