City end the season with a win

Comments (0)WINCHESTER City rated their season a success after retaining their BGB Southern League status.
They celebrated not only with a win over Newport IW but a touch of fancy dress and a club presentation evening.
So the last game of the season started on a note on controversy, when Winchester were denied a first-minute penalty, and ended in pure farce!
Manager Andy Leader, with one eye on next season, gave playing time to some of the younger members of the squad.
