Salisbury v Eastleigh has "little chance"

Eastleigh's local derby against Salisbury City is expected to be postponed tomorrow morning.

The Blue Square South clash at Old Sarum is one of many set to fall victim to the weather.

A Salisbury City spokesman said: "We have already had a pitch inspection – in view of the state of the ground, it has been indicated that there is very little chance of the game going ahead.

The Football Conference will not permit us to make a decision today, in view of the proximity of our opponents, and therefore an inspection will be carried out at 10am tomorrow morning.
