NATHAN Lynch came good with a first-half hat-trick as Winchester City surged up to sixth in the Sydenhams Premier Division with a 4-1 win over Lymington Town on Saturday.
Since scoring on his debut at Brading in late October, goals had been in short supply for the former Bognor, Gosport and Totton marksman who is in his second spell at the Denplan City Ground.
But he doubled his tally in one fell swoop on Saturday, stunning Lymington with three goals in a whirlwind ten minutes and paving the way for a fifth league victory out of six for City’s rapidly improving side.
