Lymington are back are the top of the ECB British Gas Southern Premier League.

They have opened up a three-point lead over South Wilts after Hampshire prospect Calvin Dickinson blasted them to a seven-wicket win over St Cross Symondians at the Green Jackets Ground.

Isle of Wight raised Dickinson smashed four sixes and six boundaries, plundering 20 runs off one over from spinner Charlie Ayres, as Lymington chased down a 132-run target.

His unbeaten 65 swept Lymington to victory with time to spare.

Earlier, a mean spell by Guy Layman, who initially took three wickets for one run, had St Cross in difficulty at 58-5.

Harry Came bailed them out with a fine 57, but was one of four victims for Darren Cowley, who celebrated his first game in 12 months with a 4-20 return.

Dom Hand (26) played the support role for Dickinson.
