Southampton Athletics Club's Alex Teuten recorded two personal bests in as many days while running for England in Bermuda at the weekend.
The 25 year-old finished third in the Bermuda 10k in a time of 30:23 behind Ethiopia's Diriba Degefa DYigezu (30:03) and England teamate Scott Overall (30:17).
England's Matt Sharp was fourth, while the three English women - Gemma Steel, Jenny Spink and Rebecca Moore - were also in the overall top ten.
Teuten, 24, was also third behind Yigezu (1:05:54) and Olympian Overall (1:07:04) in the half marathon in a time of 1:07:57 the following day.
