Millbrook have the chance to pull away from Bognor in Snows Group Hampshire 1’s see-saw battle for second place.

And Brook will be hoping runaway leaders US Portsmouth keep their winning steak going a little longer to help them on their way.

Millbrook, who have just a one-point advantage over Bognor, travel to Farnborough while the second-placed West Sussex side welcome a Services’ squad that has chalked up 17 bonus point victories on the bounce.

Farnborough and Millbrook have not met in the league this season, as the north Hampshire club handed Millbrook a home walkover earlier in the campaign.

However Five Acres-based Brook did earn a tough win against their opponents when the two sides met at the end of October last year in the Gales HSB Hampshire Plate.

Millbrook have a few players unavailable tomorrow and see Tom Colling return to his favoured position at scrum half.

Player/coach Gavin Evans takes a starting place at lock and Darren Leggott returns from a thumb injury to cover the bench.

Captain Mike Randell said: “It’s always a tough away fixture for us and we have a good idea of how they’ll play.

“We’ve talked about a game plan for it and need to make sure we stick to it.”
