Millbrook want to widen the gap between themselves and fourth-placed Fordingbridge as they look to chase down the Snows Group Hampshire 1 leaders.
Their trip across the New Forest to Fordingbridge is the start of three tough fixtures that could define their season – they take on leaders US Portsmouth the following week and face Fareham Heathens in the Hampshire Plate the week after.
And Brook will have to face Bridge without Dean Vincent following a knee injury he sustained last weekend.
However, hooker Jordie Coffin returns to the first team line up. Scrum half Tom Stubbs gets his second start for the club and Ratu Degei is also back in the starting line up after returning to action in recent weeks.
Captain Mike Randell said: “This fixture is always a big, physical contest. We need to be on our game and win.”
Second-placed Bognor are without a fixture – they were due to travel to Team Solent, who have pulled out of the league.
Unbeaten US Portsmouth head for lowly Alton while rock bottom Romsey entertain Fareham Heathens.
Unbeaten Snows Group Hampshire 2 leaders Locks Heath Pumas travel to second-from-bottom Kingsclere.
