The Hampshire Academy could potentially be without four England junior age group internationals for tomorrow’s visit to second-placed ECB Southern Electric Premier League title challengers Havant, beginning at 1pm.
Definitely missing are left-hand opener Tom Alsop (pictured) and off-spinner Brad Taylor, who are playing for England Under-19s in the second four-day ‘Test’ against South Africa at Northampton.
Alsop had a particularly successful opening day, scoring an unbeaten 72 as England made 252-3.
Leg spinner Mason Crane and skipper Joe Weatherley have been picked for the England Under-17 party and may be required to travel to Loughborough for training.
Havant, five points behind leaders South Wilts, won all three of their 50-over matches at the start of the season and may have key all-rounder Richard Hindley back.
