Winger Jack Curtis will take on the captain’s duties for Eastleigh when they travel to Sandown & Shanklin in a SW3 fixture.
Eastleigh have an eye on the third spot currently held by Ellingham & Ringwood and they are without Adam Kidd but Paul Taylor and Martin Kirby have come through injury checks. Expectant father Ash Holland is sitting out away games until the big day.
Regular captain Russell Smith said: “Every time you go over to Sandown, no matter where they are in the league, you will get a tough game, whoever you are.
“They are strong up front and play their pitch fantastically. We know it is going to be tough and physical.”
Ellingham travel to lowly Camberley while bottom side New Milton & District travel to Old Mid-Whitgiftians.
