Former Secretary of State for Defence Dr Liam Fox visits Winchester next month to discuss a number of political issues
A FORMER Secretary of State for Defence is coming to Winchester next month.
Dr Liam Fox comes to the city on Friday, November 2, to discuss the coalition, defence matters and the future of the UK.
He will appear alongside Winchester MP Steve Brine at a venue yet-to-be-announced.
Mr Brine said: “I am hugely excited that Dr Liam Fox will be coming down to speak with local people. He is a hugely respected figure, and I know that issues surrounding the armed forces in particular are of great interest to many across Winchester & Chandler’s Ford, as so many of my constituents have military connections, both past and present.”
