Winchester students to stage charity Zumbathon

9:50am Sunday 26th February 2012

IT IS the latin dance fitness craze that has swept the nation.

Now Winchester students are hoping people will join in a two-hour Zumbathon to raise funds for Hampshire disability charity Enham.

Five event management students from the University of Winchester have organised the zumba session at the university main campus, in studio halls five and six, on March 3 from 3pm to 5pm.

Participants are asked to arrive at 2.30pm in order to register.

Money raised will go to the Andover-based charity, which aims to give disabled people greater independence and control over their lives, to provide facilities and equipment for their clients.

Tickets cost £6 and there will also be a raffle and free goodie bags handed out at the end of the session.
