A WINCHESTER man has been given a conditional discharge after stealing a leg of lamb from Tesco.
Saul Terry Scott Green, 27, stole the meat, valued at £18.42 on July 3, magistrates in Basingstoke were told.
Green, whose address was given as the Trinity Centre on Durngate, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
He was fined £50 after he admitted breaking a suspended sentence imposed for the breach of a non-molestation order made in August 2017.
