WINCHESTER man Nigel Charles Withers has been fined for burgling a city home.
Withers, 53, of Trussell Crescent, Weeke, admitted raiding the property in Painters Field, St Cross on October 19.
He appeared in court in Basingstoke the following day and the Bench was told that he stole a quantity of jewellery.
Magistrates fined Withers £200 with a £30 victim surcharge. There was no compensation as the items were recovered by police.
