A WINCHESTER man arrested for an alleged firearms offence has had his case sent to crown court.
Daren Bellcourt, 43, was detained by armed police on August 16 for having a Walther CP99 air weapon in Colson Road, Winnall.
The charge says he intended to cause Darren Brane to believe unlawful violence would be used against him or another.
His case was sent by magistrates in Basingstoke to Winchester Crown Court on October 7.
Bellcourt, of Colson Road, was released on conditional bail.
The conditions include not entering the First In Last Out pub on Wales Street, Winnall, or communicating with Mr Brane, Jemma Staples, Nicholas Paulley or Paul Scobell.
