A BBC DJ has been reinstated after being suspended after calling breastfeeding ‘unnatural’ on air.
Alex Dyke will return to Radio Solent after “serious consideration” by the broadcaster and an apology by the presenter.
A statement by the BBC said: "Alex has been told in no uncertain terms that his comments were unacceptable, and he has apologised for any offence caused on and off air."
Share article It comes after a petition signed by more than 10,000 people called for Mr Dyke to lose his job, while another petition was launched to bring him back.
He last presented a show on August 13, where he initially apologised for his comments.
