THREE people have been charged with immigration offences following raids in Bishop's Waltham and Southampton.
Officers and colleagues from Home Office Immigration Enforcement carried out search warrants at a number of premises as part of a long-running investigation into the supply of hard drugs.
Four men and a woman from Albania were arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs and immigration offences.
Three have since been charged and all have been remanded in custody. The remaining two are in immigration detention pending removal from the UK.
Bledar Bicuku, 24, from Portswood Road, Southampton, was charged with Possession of Class A drug, perverting the course of justice and two charges of Possess/control identity documents.
Zef Gjoka, aged 23 and also from Portswood Road, was charged with possession/control of identity documents with intent.
Gazmend Bicuku, 33, from Yarmouth Gardens, Southampton was also charged with possession/control of identity documents with intent.
The raids were in partnership with Home Office Immigration Enforcement and part of work to tackle drug-related crime under operation Fortress.
