Winchester pensioner Fadil Arcas convicted of driving whilst banned
A WINCHESTER pensioner has received a suspended jail sentence for driving whilst disqualified.
Fadil Arcas, 70, of Worthy Lane, Hyde, admitted driving on November 18 near his home, only days after receiving the ban.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a 12 week sentence, suspended for six months.
Arcas was also ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge and have six penalty points put on his licence.
