A LORRY driver charged with causing death by dangerous driving on the A34 will appear at Winchester Crown Court on February 18.
Piotr Janowski, 49 on Sunday, from Poland, has also been charged with causing serious injury to Megan McQuillan by dangerous driving.
It follows the death of a car passenger in a collision on the northbound A34 near Bullington Cross last Saturday at 5.45pm.
His HGV was in collision with a Vauxhall Zafira near the Tufton crossroads.
The front seat passenger of the Zafira, Simon Shore, 53, from Highworth in Swindon, Wiltshire, died at the scene.
The driver, a 40-year-old man, and two rear seat passengers (a 13-year-old girl and 38-year-old man) sustained minor injuries.
Janowski was remanded in custody.
