A NEW food coaching course is being launched in February at the Colden Common Community Centre.

The 12-week program is aimed at helping locals develop ‘culinary intelligence’ and confidence in experimenting with flavour.

Organiser Michaela Coutakis said: “Course delegates will learn to connect with food seasonality in order to get the best out of what's available.

“Most importantly attendees will learn about the healing properties of foods that they can benefit from natures edible pharmacy.”

The course begins on February 11, from 6pm-9pm.
