A YOUTH outreach programme is ready to spread its message in Winchester after a local law firm donated almost £250 towards new promotional wristbands.
Street Reach, part of Winchester Detached Youth Work Project (WDYWP), said they were “delighted” with the donation from Dutton Gregory, which will help them promote their services to young people in Weeke, Winnall, Stanmore, Micheldever and Alresford.
Jackie Porter, chairman of WDYWP, says, “Street Reach works with young people in Winchester, outdoors and at a youth club. We give out wristbands printed with our contact details so that the information is clear, and unlikely to be lost. But they are not cheap, so this donation is really welcome.”
