THE residents of a Winchester care home were treated to a visit from some Jolly Babies over the festive season.

The Flowerdown Care Home, on Harestock Road, hosted the Jolly Babies group of three-to-15-month-old tots.

In December Josie Dade, who runs Music With Mummy’s from her home in Stanmore, asked around seven local mothers and their babies to put on a musical session for Flowerdown’s residents.

The event ended a week of pre-Christmas activities which included a tea party, an ‘all-singing and swinging Christmas party’, and a carol sing-along.
