THE chance to see Prime Minister’s Questions live is being offered by Winchester and Chandler’s Ford MP Steve Brine.

He is inviting constituents who would like to watch the action in the flesh to take part in a ballot.

Mr Brine receives just three pairs of tickets for the public gallery a year, and so to ensure fairness will hold a ballot a few weeks before each date.

He has now been given the three dates: Wednesday April 17, July 17 and December 11.

Mr Brine is only able to enter his constituents in the ballots, which will be held in good time to notify winners so they can make the necessary arrangements.

He said: “MPs receive a very limited allocation each year to watch PMQs and I am keen to see mine are used by local people who want to come and watch Parliament in action in a way that is fair and transparent. Parliament is always buzzing on a Wednesday so I can promise a really interesting and exciting trip to Westminster for the lucky winners."

Anyone interested  should cobtactg steve.brine.mp@parliament.uk or 01962 791110, providing full contact details and address.  All those in the 2012 ballot will remain in the draw for this year.
