A WINCHESTER man who was caught drink driving twice in two weeks has been banned for 46 months.
Henry Turnbull, 29, was stopped in his Mercedes Coupe Bournemouth on November 8 and in Colebrook Street, Winchester, on November 23, magistrates in Basingstoke heard.
Turnbull, of Downlands Way, South Wonston, admitted the offences. In Bournemouth his alcohol reading was 55 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35. In Winchester he was double the limit with a reading of 71.
Magistrates also ordered him to attend a 14-day drink impaired driver programme and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £60, and costs of £170.
