POLICE have charged two people with theft after money was stolen from charity collection boxes in Winchester.

Kayleigh Rolfe, 27, and Neil Munkley, 30, both of Trussell Crescent, Weeke, were charged with two thefts which took place on Tuesday, November 6 at The Discovery Centre, Winchester and at The Great Hall.

Rolfe has also been charged in connection with another theft which happened at The Discovery Centre, Winchester, on October 26.

They were due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court yesterday.
