Alresford woman banned from driving after failing to give breath test to police
VICTORIA Farooq failed to give police a specimen of her breath after being stopped whilst driving last month.
She has now been banned from driving for two years, fined £665, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge with £85 costs.
Farooq, 39, of Upton Park, Old Alresford, was stopped in Winchester on October 8 magistrates in Basingstoke were told last Tuesday. She admitted the charge.
Her ban will be cut by 182 days if she passes a driving course by March 2 2014.
