THE public inquiry into the way Winchester will evolve over the next 20 years starts tomorrow. (TUES)
A planning inspector will oversee the scrutiny of the city council’s proposed local plan.
The hearing at Winchester Guildhall is due to last two weeks.
It will hear from campaigners such as the Save Barton Farm Group who will argue that the city council’s planning officers have needlessly targeted green fields and not taken potential brownfield sites into account.
