Festival brimming with watery fun and facts
AT least 5,000 visitors are expected to converge on Romsey on Saturday for a fun celebration of the county's rivers and wetlands aimed at getting people to conserve water.
It's the second time the Hampshire Water Festival has been held in the town and organisers are predicting an even bigger turn out this time around.
Entry is free and various activities will be staged across the town including the War Memorial Park, Volumes Bookshop, the Abbey United Reformed Church and the Town Hall.
Street theatre, music, face painting, storytelling and a food fair is included in the line-up of entertainment, which starts at 11am.
