Park bids to hoist green flag

Romsey's War Memorial Park could soon be the first park in Test Valley to be nationally recognised as a top-quality green space and therefore be awarded a Green Flag award. An application has been submitted by the council's leisure services for the award and the judging will take place next Wednesday, May 7.
