Marwell Manor Farm owners appeal council's planning decision
OWNERS of Marwell Manor Farm have appealed the city council’s decision to turn down planning permission.
An application was submitted for the Portsmouth Road site for change of use from agriculture to residential.
The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations.
