BISHOP’S Waltham’s secret gardens will be unveiled to the public when a floral spectacular returns in July.
Hidden Gardens returns after a year off to open up the town’s private retreats for relaxing summer walks.
On Sunday, July 5, Bishop’s Waltham in Bloom will host a brochure-led tour of small town gardens and country grounds, with refreshments and plants for sale.
Eight gardens have been secured this year, including two new ones, but organisers are still looking to expand.
The group is set to plant flowers in the colours of Henry V for the Road to Agincourt festival at Bishop’s Waltham Palace ruins.
Anyone who might offer their garden is asked to call Pauline Daniels on 01489 895614 or email paulinewib@yahoo.co.uk.
