PARISH councillors in Owslebury are considering two new planning applications.
The first, at Ten Acre Cottage in Baybridge Lane, proposes the erection of a dwellinghouse, replacement garage, stable building and alfresco dining structure. The closing date for comment is December 29 and the reference is SDNP 14/06156/HOUS.
Owners of Stable Cottage at Greenhill House, also in Baybridge Lane, have submitted plans for new dormer windows. To see the plans use reference 14/05512/HOUS when accessing the South Downs National Park planning authority website.
